All rates are per leg rate.

For Intl. Dial Thru
To find out the total rate per minute for Intl Dial Thru
your 1st leg will be where you are calling from and the
2nd leg is the calling to. You add 1st leg to 2nd leg to get your
total rate per minute.

Example
If you are calling from Australia to the US your rate
per minute would be $0.09 (Australia) + $0.02(US) = $0.11

For Rapidlink Calling Card
To find the total rate per minute for Rapidlink Calling
Card your 1st leg will be the ITFS rate for the country
you are calling from plus the leg rate for the country
you are calling to.

Example
If you are calling from Brazil to the US your rate per minute
would be $0.25 (Brazil) + $0.02 (US) = $0.27
